The most astonishing laying out of the Mas
de la Brune is certainly le
Jardin de l'Alchimiste. It is a piece of art presenting
an initiatory journey among flowers, plants, trees, colors
and atmospheres, which tends to recreate a time when symbols
and mysticism were very important : the "Alchemy"
period.
There are 3 steps in the visit of this magnificent garden
: the Berechit trail, the garden of magic herbs, and the alchemic
garden presenting its Black Work, its White Work and its Red
Work...

THE VOCATION OF THE
PLACE

In the various sculptured details
of Le Mas de la Brune, one find biblical, profane, chemical
and astral references. These sculptures tend to prove that Pierre Isnard
was probably an Alchemist, like Nostradamus, Paracelse or Nicolas Flamel.
Le Jardin de l'Alchimiste was created in 1997. It opened to
the public in 1999. In 2001, it welcomed more than 7000 visitors. Since 2002
more than 10.000 people a year have visited this magic place.

- Visits with a conferencer, by confirmed appointment only.
Adults : 5 €. Children 12+ Students, Seniors : 4 €.
Children under 12 : 1 €. Guided tours available. Please book
